HR Manager

7twenty Professional Search is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-established, family-owned engineering company that specialise in cable management systems and solutions, to appoint a HR Manager. With offices across the UK and ROI, our client has delivered across GB and international markets in sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Infrastructure, Renewable Energies, and Oil & Gas.

Working closely with the Senior Management Team, the HR Manager will lead the development of a people-focused strategy and implement best-in-class policies, procedures and initiatives to support the strategic goals of the business, including: HR, learning and development, organisational development and employee wellbeing.

The HR Manager will lead the HR Team by providing ongoing support and direction on complex employee relations issues, recruitment and staff retention programs.


The successful candidate will display the following experience:

  • Significant experience of operating at a senior HR level within a fast-paced production, manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Experience of developing and implementing an effective HR & People Strategy which has developed a high-performance culture.
  • Experience of leading and successfully implementing cultural change, transformation and learning and development programmes.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of Human Resources metrics, HR systems and databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices across NI, ROI & GB.

It is desirable to be qualified to degree level in Human Resources Management or similar and/or hold a relevant professional certificate from an accredited organisation e.g. CIPD.
