7twenty Professional Search is exclusively partnering with Choice Housing Ireland Limited (Choice Housing) as they seek to appoint a Planned Maintenance Manager to join their Group Asset Management Team. The successful individual will develop and manage the Choice Housing’s asset base by effectively monitoring and implementing the planned maintenance strategy which supports the corporate goals of the organisation.
Reporting to the Group Director of Asset Services, the Planned Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading the planned maintenance team through the delivery and management of the Choice Housing asset replacement projects and works. They will be responsible for managing budgets for the agreed planned maintenance programmes, ensuring the effective utilisation of resources and delivering value for money.
The successful candidate will provide reports on asset condition evaluations and the performance of planned maintenance projects to the Senior Management Team and Board, making recommendations for improvements and innovative solutions.

It is desirable to have working experience in Social Housing sector and experience in options appraisals and design remodelling.
