Regional Sales Manager

7twenty Professional Search is partnering with one of Ireland’s foremost independent oil and lubricant organisations to appoint a Regional Sales Manager for Northern Ireland. Our client has an established and trusted reputation, working with key customers across the North and South of Ireland within industries such as haulage, public transport and agriculture.

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, building upon the strong working relationships with existing clients and identify areas for business growth within the respective region. The Regional Sales Manager will provide clients with full technical support on all products, actively promote brand awareness and implement product promotions in conjunction with the Marketing Department.


The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in B2B Technical/Solution Sales, Account Management and Business Development.
  • Ability to identify commercial opportunities and experience of negotiating new business contracts.
  • Experience of selling high end niche products.
  • Experience of developing and executing successful sales strategies within a fast-paced and competitive environment.
